We moved from Minneapolis to Denver and we were not finding any suitable rental properties in the areas of town that we wanted to live. We contacted Ryan Penn based on reviews we found on Yelp. We were not disappointed. Ryan educated us on the Denver market and was able to get us into every house that we wanted to look at in our short time frame. He is an excellent realtor and was with us every step of the way. I honestly do not believe that we would have found such a perfect home at the right price within our short time frame had we not worked with Ryan Penn and 360 Dwellings.
We will continue to recommend Ryan Penn to our family and friends. A+ guys!
